WHO WE ARE

The Institute of Change Management Africa (ICMA) is a pioneering force dedicated to the development and promotion of Change Management (CM) in Africa. Our mission is to empower African leaders, organizations, and governments to navigate and succeed in transformative initiatives across the
continent, ensuring that Africa meets its ambitious goals outlined in the Africa 2063 Agenda, the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and South Africa’s National Development Plan 2030 (NDP 2030).

ICMA is established as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) and Voluntary Association with a continental reach, providing critical Change Management services, training, and resources. With a presence across Sub-Saharan Africa, ICMA is uniquely positioned to equip Africa’s current and future leaders with the tools necessary to achieve sustainable change, growth, and development.
